Question from Barry, a student:

I'm doing a nutrition assignment and I'm adding up my Oils and Fats category.
I have 10ml of butter to add to 31g of fat so I'm trying to figure out what to do or I should say how to figure out the answer.
I hope someone can help me out with this question.

Barry

Hi Barry,

I did a web search for the amount of fat in butter. What I found was a table that says there are 11 grams of fat in 1 tablespoon of butter. I then types into Google 10 milliliters in tablespoons and Google responded with 10 milliliters = 0.676280454 US tablespoons.

I hope this helps,
Penny
