What is the mathematical term of kite?

Elizabeth,

A KITE is a quadrilateral that has two pairs of equal adjacent sides -- it looks like a kite. More precisely, it is a 4-sided figure ABCD with sides AB = AD and sides CB = CD. Many of the interesting geometric properties of kites are discussed in the Wikipedia:
