Question from Josina: What is the reciprocal of 1.8 and also send me the working of the answer |
Josina,
Two numbers are reciprocals if their product is 1. Thus 3/5 and 5/3 are reciprocals and 9/2 and 2/9 are reciprocals. Convert 1.8 from a decimal fraction to a common fraction, find its reciprocal and then, if you wish, concert the result back to a decimal.
