Question from Kevin:

If I know that my product is .0708 lbs per linear yard how do I calculate how many Linear yards are in a lb?

Kevin,

You know that 1 linear yard weighs 0.0708 pounds so 1/0.0708 linear yards weighs 0.0708/0.0708 pounds. But 0.0708/0.0708 = 1 and 1/0.0708 = 14.12. Hence 14.12 linear yards weighs 1 pound.
