Lupio, I assume that the diameter of your pool is 20', if not you will need to modify my response. The area of a circle is π r2 square feet where r is the radius in feet. Your pool has a radius of 10 feet so find its area. Add 3 feet to the radius of the pool to find the radius of the pool plus the deck and find the area. The area of the deck is then the difference between the area of the pool plus the deck and the area of the pool.
