Hi Tamara. Just keep dividing by the base and keep track of the remainders. Here's an example, you can use this method for your own question. Problem: Convert 4582 from base 10 (normal decimal number) to base 8. Solution: 4582 / 8 = 572 remainder 6. Now take the 572 and do it again: Now read the remainders in reverse: 1, 0, 7, 4, 6. The answer is 10746. Try this method with your question now Tamara. Cheers, | ||||||||||||
