Matt, If you are using 25 foot chords on a 3819 foot radius, the center of your chord will miss the arc by only a quarter of an inch,
Ignore it. So long as you locate your chord endpoints accurately (if you don't have professional surveying equipment, a good GPS set to average readings over several minutes is probably your best bet) you will be fine. Good Hunting!
