The sector is only a fraction of the circle, in fact it is $\frac{68}{360}$ of the circle. From the symmetry of the circle you can see that the area of the sector is $\frac{68}{360}$ of the area of the circle and the length of the arc is $\frac{68}{360}$ of the circumference of the circle.
