How many acres are in a strip 500ft. X 30ft.

Bill,

The area of a 500 ft by 30 ft strip is 500 × 30 = 15,000 square feet. There are 43,560 square feet in an acre so 15,000 square feet is 15,000/43,560 = 0.344 acres.
