a 4 foot by 8 foot sheet of plywood is how many acres in a scale (1:160)

Hi Dave,

If the scale is $1:160$ then $4$ feet converts to $4 \times 160 = 640$ feet and $8$ feet converts to twice that length. The area in square feet is then the product of these two dimensions. There are $43,560$ square feet in an acre so divide the area in square feet by $43,560$ to find the area in acres.
