Question from jodi, a parent: what is next in the sequence 1, 1/4, 1/9, 1/16, 1/25 |
Hi Jodi,
First think of $1$ as $\frac{1}{1}$ and then look at the denominators $1, 4, 9, 16 , 25$. What's special about these numbers? What comes next?
