An acre is a measure of area and does not have a fixed perimeter; thus there is no single answer to the question.
An acre is 43,560 square feet; 1.66 acres is thus a bit over 72,000 square feet. The perimeter would be least if it was a circle with radius about 150 feet; larger if it was a square, of side about 270 feet; but it could be huge if it was a rectangle 1x72000 feet!
