Question from West, a student: Calculate the distance (in km) that Larry runs if he maintains an average speed of 8km/hr for 45 minutes |
Hi,
The key here is that distance = time times average rate. You need to watch the units however. Convert the 45 minutes to hours and then substitute the values of time and rate into distance = time times average rate.
