Three boys, Isaac, Alex and Ken are standing in different parts of a football field.Isaac is standing 100m North of Alex. Ken is 120m East of Alex. Find the compass bearing of Ken from Isaac. |
If you draw this, you will find that you have a right-angled triangle! Since you are given the lengths of the two legs, you can use the "opposite over adjacent" trig function to find the angle involved, then convert it to a compass bearing.
