$\$4.98$ is almost $\$5.00$ and $\$98.76$ is almost $\$100.00.$ If the price was $\$5.00$ how many could she buy for $\$100.00?$ Can she buy that many at $\$4.98$ if she has $\$98.76?$ What if she tries to buy 1 more or 1 less?
