what is the weight of a steel plate that is 1/2" thick, 20" wide, and 45"long if the steel weigh .28 lb per cubic inch.

Hi David,

You can use our volume calculator to find the volume of the plate in cubic inches. Each cubic inch weighs 0.28 pounds so multiplying the volume in cubic inches by 0.28 will give you the weight in pounds.
