First use the fact that 1 km/hr = 5/18 m/sec to convert the speeds of the trains to meters per second.
Start your clock when the front of the trains are in line with each other.
As time progresses, at what rate are the front of the trains moving away from each other?
How far apart are the front of the trains when the rear of the trains are in line with each other?
How long does it take for the front of the trains to be that far apart?
