Hi Aaliyah,
I live in Saskatchewan Canada where it is quite cold in the winter. In fact in the last 36 days the number of days when the high temperature was above $-20^o C$ was $x.$ That is $25\%$ of the days had a high temperature above $-20^o C.$ What is $x?$
