Question from ankit, a student:

integration from 0 to 2pi of 1/(3cos x + 2) dx

Hi Ankit,

The function $3 \cos x + 2$ is zero for two values of $x$ between $$ and $2 \pi.$

Go to Wolfram alpha and type in

integrate 1/(3 cos(x) + 2) from 0 to 2 pi

to see a graph of the integrand and more on this integral.
