Hi Bob, There are 43560 square feet in an acre and hence $2 \times 43560 = 87120$ square feet in 2 acres. If your plat is a rectangle then the west and east sides would each have to measure $\large \frac{87120}{290.16} \normalsize = 300.25$ feet.
