Question from Chris:

Hello,

I am the commissioner of a fantasy football league. In this week, we play all 17 weeks of the season. It's a 12 team league, and we play each team twice. To do that, we have 5 "double header" weeks, which means you play 2 different teams. I am struggling to come up with a schedule to make this work. Does anyone have a solution?

Chris,

Can you make a 22-game schedule, and then spread the games over the 22 available slots? (That is, just put 2 games in some weeks.) An easy way to make a 22-game schedule is to use an 11-week schedule twice in succession. If that seems a little boring, renumber the teams before using the schedule again.

An 11-week schedule can be found here: http://www.crowsdarts.com/roundrobin/sched12.html.
