Suppose the length is $L$ m and the width is $W$ m. Write an expression for the perimeter in terms of $l$ and $W.$ This give you an equation in $L$ and $W.$ Write an expression for the area in terms of $L$ and $W.$ This gives you a second equation in $L$ and $W.$ Solve the pair of equations for $L$ and $W.$
