It's hard to respond when I can't see the table but I expect it is something like the table in this earlier question but with a value missing in the first column and a value missing in a different row in the second column. If so then you should carefully look at the input and output numbers where you have both values and see if you can determine a pattern. If you can then use this pattern to fill in the missing values.
