Question from Veronica, a parent: The perimeter of a square piece of land is twice the perimeter of an equilateral triangular lot, if one side of the square is 60 meters, find the length of a side of the triangle. |
Hi Veronica,
If each side of the square is 60 meters what is its perimeter? What is half its perimeter? That is the perimeter of the equilateral triangle.
