Question from Aleksey, a student:

I need help how do I find the second of three consecutive integers if the sum of the first and third is 26?

Hi,

Suppose the smallest of the three consecutive integers is $n.$ What is the next integer and the one after that? The sum of the first and third of these integers is 26. Solve for $n.$
