Question from Mark, a parent:

the weight of a steel cube 37 inches X 28 inches X 7 inches

Hi Mark,

You can use our volume calculator to calculate the volume of your steel block in cubic feet.

According to Wikipedia the density of steel is between 484 and 503 pounds per cubic foot. The density depends on the particular alloy of steel. Multiply the volume in cubic feet by the density in pounds per cubic foot to obtain the weight in pounds.
