Question from mr., a teacher:

Simplify the inequality √x>x and represent on a number line

Hi,

Since $\sqrt{x}$ must be a real number, $x \ge 0.$ But $x = 0$ does not satisfy the inequality so $x > 0.$

Square both sides of the inequality, simplify and factor.
