Question from Timothy:

I want 15 students to speak 7 times each over the course of 10 weeks.
They each will have 5 minutes.
Thanks

Timothy,

It sounds like you need to schedule 105 talks. That is 10 in 5 of the weeks, and 11 in the other 5. How about doing this:

Number the students 1 to 15.
Students 1 to 10 talk in week 1
Students 11 to 15 and 1 to 6 talk in week 2
Students 7 to 15, and 1 and 2 talk in week 3
Students 3 to 13 talk in week 4

And so on. The number of talks per week alternates 10, 11, 10, 11, ... The speakers are the next consecutive group of students, where you wrap around to student 1 following number 15.
