Question from Jufe, a student:

What is the exponential form of ³√11x²

Hi Jufe,

I assume this is

\[\sqrt[3]11 x^2\]

and not

\[\sqrt[3]{11 x^2}.\]

In any case I expect you are to use the notational convention that

\[\sqrt[3]{a} = a^\frac1{3}. \]
