Question from Irish: How many two digit numbers contain the digit 5? |
Hi,
Make a list of all the two digit numbers that have 5 as the tens digit.
Make a list of all the two digit numbers that have 5 as the units digit. To do this you will need to decide if 05 is a two digit number.
How many numbers are there in total in the two lists? Did you count any number more than once?
