Hi Dave, Since you want the result in cubic feet it is easiest to express the dimensions in feet. There are 12 inches in a foot so 15 inches is $\large \frac{15}{12}$ feet and 19 inches is $\large \frac{19}{12}$ feet. Thus your "box shaped" region is 1 foot by $\large \frac{15}{12}$ feet by $\large \frac{19}{12}$ feet.
