Question from Andrei:

The value of the supplement of the complement of 8° is ?°.

Hi Andrei,

You might find it interesting to look a a response Chris gave to an earlier question concerning the meaning of complement and supplement.

Two angles are complimentary if the sum of their measures is $90^{o}.$ Hence the complement of an angle that measures $8^o$ is one that measures $82^{o}.$

Two angles are supplementary if the sum of their measures is $180^{o}.$ What is the supplement of an $82^o$ degree angle?
