Question from Erika:

A lake has 113 feet deep and an area of 115 acres, what is the volume of the lake in cubic kilometer?

Hi Erika,

This is a place where I think you should use the information that is available to us on the web. I'm a Mac user so I asked Siri.

Me: Hey Seri, what's 115 acres in square kilometers?

Siri: 115 acres is 0.47 square kilometers.

Me: Hey Siri, what's 113 feet in kilometers

Siri: 115 feet is 0.035 kilometers.

Hence I know that the volume of the lake is $0.47 \times 0.035$ cubic kilometers.
