You didn't indicate what units you want to use to express how fast you are traveling. It might be in feet per second, miles per minute or miles per hour. If it is the speed of a car then in most parts of the world you would express it in kilometers per hour. Since you are in the USA I expect you want miles per hour.

If you travel 10 miles in 2 minutes how far do you travel in 1 minute? How far in 60 minutes, which is 1 hour?
