Question from aiyana:

hi i need help with this a teacher wants to arrange 16 chairs in a equal rows in his class room

Hi aiyana,

If he was going to try with only one row how many chairs would be in that row?

If he was going to try with two rows how many chairs would be in each row?

What about 3 rows or 4 rows?

Continue for up to 16 rows.

For each arrangement that is possible what do you notice about the number of rows and the number of chairs in each row?
