Hi, I don't know if 1 followed by a million zeros has a special name. You can write it as \[10^{1,000,000} \mbox{ or } 10^\left( 10^6 \right).\] I do know that 1 followed by 100 zeros is called a googol, and a googolplex is 1 followed by a googol of zeros.
