Hello : I have a problem about trigonometry ... please help me ... thanks

determine the sum of the angles A,B where 0 <= A , B <= 180 (degrees)

sinA + sinB = sqr(3/2) , cosA + cosB = sqr(1/2)

i thank you at first for your help ...

david

Hi David,

Try using the formulas for the sums of trig functions:

sinA + sinB = 2sin((A+B)/2) cos((A-B)/2)
cosA + cosB = 2cos((A+B)/2) cos((A-B)/2)
Cheers,
Chris
