From Dan: A mixture of 1 part sulfur and 2 parts lime is added to soil as an amendment to prevent blossom end rot in tomatoes and green peppers.
One Tablespoon of the above mixture is added to each hole prior to planting (using the comparative standard of 1 Tablespoon [US] = 0.5 ounce [US liquid]).
