South = 210ft

Hi Jim,
Unfortunately the lengths of four sides does not completely determine the shape of the lot or its area. There is a more complete explanation in the answer Penny gave to a similar question.
To determine the acreage we need to know either the size of one of the angles or the lengths of one of the diagonals.
