Question from wm:

Suppose every member of the House of Representatives shakes
hands with every other member exactly once.

How many handshakes took place?

Hi,

I live in Canada and I'm not sure how many members there are in your House of Representatives. Suppose there are 300 members then to have a handshake you would need to choose 2 of the 300 members. How many ways can you choose 2 members from 300 members?
