Hi Robert, If the wheel of the steamroller has a diameter of 3 feet what is its circumference? This is the distance it travels in one revolution. Thus in one revolution the steamroller paves a rectangle which has the length of the circumference of the wheel and width 6 feet. What area does it pave in 1 revolution? What area does it pave in 20 revolutions? Penny | ||||||||||||
