Question from Elizabeth: Hello my arena is 132.23 feet width by 132.23 feet length. I need to put 4 inches of sand. How many tons of sand do I need ? |
Hi Elizabeth,
If you use our volume calculator you can calculate the volume of sand you need in cubic yards or cubic feet. In my experience most suppliers will deliver sand by the cubic yard. Determining the weight of the sand required presents many challenges. Look at our response to Thomas.
