Question from Larzy: what is 10 of 24 hours in percentages |
Hi,
10 is less than 12 so 10 hours is less that half of 24 hours and hence I know the answer is less than 50%. But how much less?
As a fraction 10 of 24 is $\large \frac{10}{24} \normalsize = \large \frac{5}{12}.$ Now convert this fraction to a percentage.
