The fuel gage doesn't work, so the only measurement I can do is put a stick in it to see what is left. Currently it is at 19". PLEASE NOTE: the tank is laying on its side, meaning the long side is on the ground. So, how do I determine how much fuel is in the tank by the inches remaining? Thank you very much. 		From Dave: I know there has to be a general formula to figure out a tanks volume where as you know the total volume but you need to know what it will hold at various levels measured in 1/8th inches in depth and that you may be able to plug this formula into a program like say excel and thus create a chart unique to that tank.
